To ensure the successful completion of vehicle transportation and service appointments, customers are responsible for providing a vehicle with sufficient fuel or battery charge for pickup, transportation to the service location, and return delivery.
Customers must ensure that their vehicle contains enough fuel to complete the scheduled service trip. If a vehicle does not have sufficient fuel, the driver may add fuel as necessary to complete the service. In such cases, a flat fuel service fee of $50.00 may be charged to the customer.
Customers must ensure that their electric vehicle has adequate battery charge to safely complete the scheduled trip. If the battery level is insufficient and prevents the driver from safely transporting the vehicle, the service appointment may be canceled or rescheduled. A failed-pickup fee of $50.00 may be charged to cover operational costs associated with the unsuccessful service attempt.
