By accessing or using CAR CADDY, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
CAR CADDY provides a platform where users can:
Book professional drivers to take your car to your car dealership maintenance appointment and bring it back to your home or office location.
Request vehicle pickup and drop services.
Get car-related services (e.g., washing, basic maintenance).
We act as an intermediary and do not directly provide the services.
Users are responsible for:
Providing accurate vehicle and location details.
Ensuring the vehicle is in a condition suitable for service.
Removing personal valuables from the vehicle.
Being available for pickup and delivery coordination.
Service providers are responsible for:
Handling vehicles with care.
Following agreed service instructions.
Ensuring timely pickup and delivery.
Users agree to pay applicable service charges.
Payments may include:
Service fees
Convenience fees
Applicable taxes
Refunds (if any) will be processed as per company policy.
Customers may cancel a trip reservation at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time to avoid a $100.00 cancellation fee.
CAR CADDY drivers will wait up to 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
If the customer does not make contact within this period, the trip will be considered a No-Show.
A $100.00 No-Show Fee will be charged.
CAR CADDY is not responsible for:
Loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
We strive to ensure trusted providers, but liability is limited to platform facilitation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
Customer must leave enough fuel for pickup and return.
If not, the driver may top off the fuel and bill the customer a flat fee of $50.00.
If the EV is too low to safely complete the trip, the driver should not proceed with normal driving.
The job is rescheduled, and a disclosed failed-pickup fee of $50.00 is charged.
